I  have  downloaded  Android app  form google  play store ,but I can't  connect with  the EVM   successfully. A bluetooth connection prompt requires a pair of passwords. reminder"PIN  or  password is  wrong", my phone is huawei p9 .and I have  tried  xiaomi 、Meizu。

    Which other models of phones have you tried? Are you able to find a Samsung phone to try it on?

    Hi user503335153,

    Can you please submit an issue here, and include the model of your phone, the OS, and the firmware version of your NIRScan Nano? I'm looking into this issue to see if there is a workaround. Please also make sure your Nano firmware is up to using the GUI. There was a BLE issue with advertised flags in an early version of firmware, so I hope this is quick to resolve with a simple firmware update. If not, the above information will help further troubleshoot this problem.
