DLP NIR SCAN NANO hibernation

Dear Sir:

We bought a DLP NIR SCAN NANO hibernation PART No : 95.UB101GC0A.

We want it with no hibernation , we can set up it no hibernation after 5 minutes.

However, if the power was off or no power at all, it will go back to the default setting.

It will go to hibernation after 5 minutes.

How can we fix this problem.

Hi Eric,

If you download the source code for the TIVA software, there is a compile option to turn hibernation completely off. You'll need to recompile the code using Code Composer Studio.
