We recently had some problems with the DLP NIRscan Nano EVM. The device does not automatically start when connected to a power supply, usb hub or computer. We tried different cables, ports, computer and different operating systems. Pushing the power button doesn't work either. The only thing that works is the reset button but the green light is just on and not blinking.
We had this issue a few times and it worked after a few minutes break but now it is not possible to start the device or to connect it to a computer for firmware updates.
