I wonder whether TI can customize the window of DLPNIRNANOEVM by Zinc selenide?

I suppose when we change the window of the device, it will be able to work in Mid-infrared.

Thanks for using the DLP forums! What wavelength were you interested in? The evm is limited more by the detector not the DMD.

Thanks for your interest in our DLP products.

What sort of application are you trying to modify your window for? I should mention that we do not support modifications for the EVM optical/mechanical setup. If you modify the window, you do so risking voiding your warranty.

What wavelength range are you aiming for?

Dear Danny,
The spectrum that I am interested in is from around 2micronmeter to around 14 micronmeter.
Could you please recommend me some sensor?

Hello,

Here is some info on the DMD from the datasheet:

You can see that the typical operating conditions is less than 2500 nm.

I do not know a drop in replacement sensor you can use outside of this range. I will also echo Philippe note about supporting modifications of the part.
