Hello everyone, we have to buy the NIRSCAN NANO evo device. We use the standard USER interface. We have a problem that when measuring absorbance, we always get measurement errors at several wavelengths. Where can the problem be? how to fix it? attach photo

Hello,

Thanks for using the DLP E2E forums! That is indeed very odd. Do you see this gap regardless of what material you scan? Have you had good scans with this unit?

I would recommend updating the TIVA and DLPC150 firmware to the latest available on TI.com and the latest version of the GUI (2.1.0).

Thanks for answer Danny. I try update TIVA and DLP firmware to latest verion, but it does not help.

Have you tried scanning different material and using the latest GUI?

Yes, we tried to scan on other material. We also made news calibrations. Errors remain in the same place.

Hi Danny.

We came to the conclusion that the scanned intensity is good without errors. The problem persists with reference calibration. When do White-Out calibration, some data is not written to eeprom memory (from 1674 to 1700 nm). Maybe there's a way to fix it?

Hello,

The scan you are doing is using a very small resolution. You are looking for ~1nm resolution and the the typical system resolution is ~10nm. It is also possible that the behavior of white-out at that wavelength is not usable. Do you see this when you use factory reference?

When you say, "...some data is not written to eeprom memory (from 1674 to 1700 nm)." did you verify that?
