DLPNIRNANOEVM: Programming the Nirscan nano using a programmer

Part Number: DLPNIRNANOEVM

My Nirscan nano recently stopped responding to USB commands after I uploaded a modified Tiva firmware (the GUI freezes when I connect the device, and looking on the USB data being sent, Windows recognizes the device and its HW and vendor ID, but when the GUI sends commands, the device just doesn't respond). I have tried holding in the scan button on start to put it in bootloader mode, but nothing changes. The green LED flashes as usual. When I simply try to press the scan button to perform a scan, nothing happens either.

So I've realized that I probably need to program it using a programmer. I can't find any information that XDS110 (www.ti.com/.../TMDSEMU110-U) supports programming Cortex M4, but since it seems to be replacing the XDS100 which is supported according to the Nirscan nano user guide, I assume the XDS110 should work as well.

Can anyone confirm this?
