Hi,

I need to use these function: RunBatchFile(String name, Boolean stopOnError) and InitPortabilityLayer (Byte logLevel, Byte detail, OutputCallback callback), which are defined in PortabilityLayer.dll.

But after compiling, the error exists, the error shows these two functions are unresolved external symbols.

Is there PortabilityLayer.dll that are compiled in x64 configuration?

Any help will be deeply appreciated, thank you very much!

       Best wishes!

       Peihao Xu

    Hi Xu,

    Welcome to DLP&MEMS forum.

You may want to look at Microsoft forum on calling 32bit DLL and LIB in 64 bit application http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/csharpgeneral/thread/644c2f9c-f06a-496a-b497-6420a7919fdb

At present there is no 64bit version of DLL and LIB. We are considering putting one on the web buit when will depend on the people requests.

    Regards,

    Sanjeev

    Hi,

Thank you for your replying so quickly.

I wonder when  the 64bit version of DLL and LIB will be put on the Web. Our team is looking forward to it extremely. Because of the need of large memory, we have to work on Windows 64bit system. Our DLP LightCommander is Logic PD' s product , but i can't find 64bit software in its official website. How can we get the 64 bit DLL and LIB of PortabilityLayer?

         Thank you!

        Best wishes!

    Hi Peihao,

You will be able to get it from TI website with DLPR200API downloadable component.

At present it is just 32bit version. I don't have any concrete date on the availability. Let me make note of this.

    Regards,

    Sanjeev

    Peihao,

We're working on this as part of our implementation of our DLP5500 development system (X3-PM55).  It should be compatible with the original LightCommander electronics. I'll let you know once we can release it.

    Hi Alan,

So for we haven't planned for releasing a 64bit DLL. We may revisit this in near future.

We have put an ALPHA build of the library here http://e2e.ti.com/support/dlp__mems_micro-electro-mechanical_systems/f/387/t/205441.aspx you may want to download the same for your experiment.

    Regards,
    Sanjeev
