Dear All,

Please let me ask you about the DLPR200F (DLPC200 firmware) version difference between 2.2.0 and 2.1.6.

I know the Initialization Issue was fixed in the 2.2.0. http://www.ti.com/lit/er/dlpt004/dlpt004.pdf

Are there any other improvements in the 2.2.0?

    Rossinag,

    This build was specifically made to address a fairly rare initialization issues experienced by some customers.  The issue was in the hardware build.

    Although there were no improvements, there were changes made in the parameters of 2.2.0 µ-controller code to match the 1.0.455 hardware build.

    Do not run 2.2.0 µC code with the 1.0.363 hardware build and do not run the 2.1.6 µC code with the 1.0.455 hardware build.  This will result in unexpected and incorrect operation.  Any µC code before 2.2.0 (2.1.6 and lower) should be run with the 1.0.363 build and 2.2.0 should only be run with the 1.0.455 build.

    P.S. - The upgrade files provided by TI to be loaded using the GUI interface to the PROM contain both the HW and MCU (µC) code together in one package so that you should not have to worry about getting a mismatch.
