I got two different BMP files one is 72 dpi (all white, 001.bmp) and can be loaded to the GUI and the other (0000.bmp, all black) is 96 dpi and everytime I tried the "upload all" option it gave me a "command failed" error. Please help me understand this issue. Thanks!
I have tested both the images and was able to project them. Please find my settings below,
We have noticed the "Command Failure" error before. Can you please try projecting attached 72 dpi 1-bit patterns and let me know the results.
I have no issues working with 72 dpi images. It is the 96 dpi images that threw me "Command failed" errors. I now work exclusively with 72 dpi images so I think I am all set. Just want to bring this up in case others encountered the same problem.
I appreciate your feedback. This information is beneficial while debugging this error further.
