light Crafter 3000 broken ?

I bought the lightcrafter 3000 and tried to upgrade farm to 5.0 but it seems that some error occoured, and lightcrafter 3000 no longer can project any image (including the inner startup image) at all.

Is there any way to initialize the module or is it already broken ?

Welcome to TI DLP E2E community!

Before upgrading the firmware, did you see the light output from LightCrafter and did it go through the start up images?

I would recommend you following the detailed steps/instructions I had posted in the E2E post below:
