Lightcrafter trigger setup for triggering the NI data acquisition board.

I need to use the Lightcrafter to trigger the NI data acquisition board. The trigger needs to have at least 3.3V output. Please let us know how to proceed. Thanks.

Hello Sue,
The J7 connector Pin #3 on the System board already have the provision, you can read the signal from Pin#3 and Pin #4 to get the trigger pulse signal.

Hi Sue,

Yes this is correct. Please take a look at the page 13 of system board schematics we provide. With R282 populated (with a 0 ohm resistor) and R281 and R283 unpopulated (the default configuration), the EXT_TRIG_VCC pin is pulled high to 3.3 V.
