Rear projection TV

Hi,

Is it possible to use LightCrafter Dev. kit to proove the Concept of Rear Projection TV's by adding a screen in front of the Projection lens w/wo diffuser. I 'm planning to create a prototype with a smaller screen size so i'm fine with low image quality

    Yes, it is possible to create a rear projection TV demo with the LightCrafter. If your rear projection TV is intended for a display application, meaning that it is meant to display images or video for the human eye, you might want to take a look at the DLP LightCrafter Display 2010, the LightCrafter Display 3010, or the LightCrafter Display 4710, as the DLP Pico Video and Display parts are optimized for display applications. If you have questions on those evaluation modules (EVMs), feel free to post on their respective forums.
