We ordered a sample TALP1000B device a few weeks back which arrived broken (mirror missing) & was replaced by the supplier Mouser UK. Last week I ordered a further two (again through Mouser UK) which arrived today both broken (one has mirror missing, the other detached).
Given that two of the three broken devices had the mirror completely missing and there were no mirror fragments in the packaging, this shows they were packed already broken.
This is obviously an extremely high failure rate. Can you provide some feedback on what might be happening and what you guys are doing to resolve the problem?
