This is probably not the right place to ask, but I don't know who else I should contact.
We purchased a Discovery 4100 Kit. And we have a corporate account (not this account) that can access to Extranets. Before mandatory password update, the corporate account used to be able to access the sample and document. However after the password update, the sample and document link disappeared and only the sample request link available, as shown below. How can we regain the access to sample code and documents? Thanks!
