DLPDLCR4710EVM-G2: start-up LED current problem

I set start-up LED current settings to 1A for all 3 LEDs, using "Update Flash Image" of GUI tool.

I make flash image and update firmware without any problem, but after i reboot, LED current automatically set to 1423mA, not 1000mA , by "IntelliBright?" menu.

what is this problem originated from? how can i fix this?

Hello User,

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately that is how the EVM is being designed for.

You would have to change the RLIM value to be able to go to 1A. For example 12mOhm would allow you to support 1A - 12.4A. I would have to provide you an updated customized firmware and the GUI wouldn't show you the correct values anymore. You would have to use the Advanced mode to change currents after the firmware update.

I'm using 1A-rating LED for my EVM, Therefore I want start up current of 1A.
