Thanks for your interest in our DLP products.

After all supplies reach their nominal levels, the system takes around ~5ms before RESETZ goes high, and another ~500ms before initialization completes and I2C interaction becomes possible. Note that these are minimum values.

I recommend you review the power-up timing specification in section 10.2 of the DLPC3439 datasheet (www.ti.com/.../dlpc3439.pdf) for further information.
