3 color projection LEDs?

The lightcrafter 2010 showed me that it's possible to have red and blue in same LED and minimize illumination compartment and get rid of one extra dichroic mirror and collimating lens this way. For reference it used the Osram LE BA Q6WM LED for red and blue.

I am wondering if there is currently a similar projection LED but RGB, not RB by Osram or other company that can provide 50 ANSI Lumens or more.

According to an Osram product brochure there is or was but I can't find any info on it anywhere now.

From the above brocher there has to be RGB projection LEDs called LE ATB N7WM, LE × Q9WM and LE × Q9WN but search results in none.

I understand that for pico projectors brightness matters and separating the LEDs and their cooling is essential to get the most brightness possible but for things like AR/VR where brightness is not the issue and size is these single chip RGB LEDs are much better.

Where can I find more info on these? Are they all discontinued, and not just from Osram?
