TI does not plan on selling the reference design board on ti.com at this time. Instead, we are partnering with certain OMMs to provide EVMs.

If you look on http://www.ti.com/product/DLP660TE and search for Keynote Photonics, they have created an EVM with a version of the DLP660TE reference design.
