DLPDLCR2000EVM: Power Supply LED issue

Dear Forum,

I received the EVM2000 module. I connected the power plug it worked fine for 5 minutes. Then I turned off the power supply, but after some time when i again plugged in the supply there was no display only the D2 LED kept blinking or the D3 LED keeps blinking and still I can't get the display working even after so many hours. Can you please help me out. Why this issue arises? I don't think there is any power supply issue.

Sanket,

Just to verify, please confirm that you are using a 5V-3A power supply on your system. Next, please double check the seating on the DMD data flex and LED flex connectors. If they become loose the system will fail to boot (since it cannot detect the optical engine).

Are you trying to run the system standalone, or with a BeagleBone Black?

Thanks for the help. I am trying to run the system as standalone.

Actually the power supply is 5V-3A, I have been trying with many 5V-3A adapters but still only the LED D2 or D3 keep on blinking there is no display.

Sanket,

In this case it is possible that your hardware is faulty for some reason or another. If you believe this may be the case, I recommend you contact TI support and request a replacement unit. This may be the easiest course of action for you.
