Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had an issue with the current in the LED's? I'm running my system through USB-I2C using the Devasys that was recommended through GUI Guide. I've also followed the Programmers guide for help. The software says they're running at 400 when they should be at 1024. It's been an issue for a couple days and the brightness of the image is much dimmer as a result.

If anyone has a suggestion that'd be much appreciated

If you are running via USB-I2C, you can try testing some of the LED current compound commands by using the DLPC2607 GUI software. If, for instance, you are running into trouble performing the I2C compound command transactions properly, you can run those same commands on the DLPC2607 GUI so you can see how they are implemented on a known-good software.

Philippe,

Thanks for the quick response. I think the issue is happening with the LED Flex where the DMD LED Connector is located. Is there anything that could've had any effect?

I am already running on the DLPC2607 GUI software. That is how I am able to see the current isn't correct.

Kyle,

Perhaps something is wrong with your I2C interface. I can provide a firmware image which sets the default current to 1023 (from 400) in DAC value to debug. Please see private message thread.
