DLPC3435: the content cannot be display normally when using Raspiberry operation system

we come across an issue when using DPLC3435 controller and DLP2010 with resolution of 854*480.

when we connect a NOOTBOOK and the optical engine above, the content can be displayed normally, however, when we connect the same optical engine with Raspiberry system (Raspiberry system and pi zero panel), only partial content can be displayed, and other part is out of displaying range. we have tried to set different resolution value in order to make it normal, but it is still unsuccessful. So, what is the reason for this? and it is the issue related to EDID setting? please give us some suggestions, thanks very much.

The issue is likely related to your video timing settings. Please verify that your device is outputting the correct video resolution (854x480 @ 60 Hz) following the correct CVT VESA standard. If this fails, I recommend you next try some other devices (such as a laptop) to see what your system is doing and if the issue is local to your Raspberry Pi.

Thanks for your reply. we have tuned the edid settings to get correct resolutions, and then the content can be displayed normally.
