Light Engine of the DLP® LightCrafter Display 2010 EVM

Hello,

We were looking for some more information on the optical engine. We need a spec sheet, or a document that can help us get more of an idea of the types of lenses inside.

From previous experience, what are the different ways of getting collimated light coming out of the optical engine.

We have looked at this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/dlp__mems_micro-electro-mechanical_systems/advanced_light_control/f/850/t/162664

One of the ways that we were thinking of was to remove the focus lens. Would this give us collimated light coming out of the engine?

Regards,

Pouria
