DLPDLCR3010EVM: GUI Issues (Display Menu)

Hi Everyone,

I've been testing different parameters on the DLP GUI for the 3010 and I often get either no image or "pixelated colors/corrupt look". All the menus (Patterns and Images, IntelliBright, and Video and Color) work except Display. I get issues when I try to change any of the parameters in that menu such as Vertical Offset and Orientation. I always have to reset the EVM to get it back to normal. Is any one else having this issue? How can I fix this?

Hello Manual,

Thank you for your interest in our DLP Technology.

The Display section in our GUI allows the User to enter values which can corrupt the image when not entered correctly. Please see our help function for further information.

You can send me your settings you would like to achieve and I can assist you with it.

Hi Nadine,

I have gone through the help function to make sure I am not doing anything that may cause an error. Even the simplest thing like trying to rotate the image orientation by 90 degrees causes an error.

Hello Manuel,

Please see below setting for rotation the default splash image after power up. Please check if these settings is fixing the rotation issue. Please note that with and height has to be swapped and rotation90 degree has to be enabled.
