The DLP3010AFQK is a new version of the DLP3010 part intended to succeed the DLP3010FQK. If you check the DLP3010 datasheet (www.ti.com/.../dlp3010.pdf) you will see that the DLP3010AFQK is listed as "ACTIVE" and the DLP3010FQK is listed as "NRND".
