Error while connecting target c5505 in ccs v4

hi ti engineers,
    while debugging the active project, it successfully rebuild and attempting target connect , gel file is also running and displaying the following information in console window.

C55xx: GEL Output: Reset Peripherals is complete.
 C55xx: GEL Output: Configuring PLL (100 MHz).
C55xx: GEL Output: PLL Init Done.
C55xx: GEL Output: Target Connection Complete.
C55xx: Can't Run Target CPU: Error 0x00000020/-1137 Error during: Execution,   It appears that the target is being held in reset.  This may be due to Wait-In-Reset (WIR) configuration set by the EMU0=0 and EMU1=1 pin settings.  If this is the case, DISCONNECT all CONNECTED devices including icepick and then select RETRY to clear the WIR configuration.  If this is a multi-core system, the master CPU may not be releasing the DSP/MCU from reset.  Please check your configuration in CC_setup and/or your GEL file to ensure that nothing is blocking the DSP/MCU from being released from reset  

mean while it displaying the following error window:


after this when i click cancel , this error dialog box will disappear.

then i follow the following steps:

1.   (CPU Reset )

2.   (Restart) then the cursor goes to the ( main ( ) )entry point for the currently loaded program

3.  run (program was executing )

4.  halt (the  execution was terminated)

BUT, in normal working board i wont get these error. when i debug the active project,  it automatically runs all work and finally cursor at entry point of program then i run and halt.

Now, i want to avoid these error. for what issue these kind of error may occur., , kindly guide me to solve this problem. please reply ti engineers...
