Dear Support,

I would like  to explain you what had happen earlier .

1. i have used this board and done some hello world and other examples. i was successful in performing them .
2. i tried with demo blinking led using a Quick start guide and i was unable  to get through since i was not having a proper libraries
3.And now( after 1 month ) when i try to power up the board , board doesnt bring up ... LCD wont come up as well .
4.  driver problem in connecting the target and i tried updating the driver in device manager , that dint work .
5.I tried to uninstall the Code composer studio and re-installed still there is no progress .
6. I bought this board from the serial communications bangalore- i asked to support me in fixing this issue , they said that they dont support DSP boards and suggested me to contact TI / spectrum digital .


So please tell me can some one guide me through Team viewer to fix this issue else i can go ahead and apply for Repair and Return Procedure as given by the link below.
