Hello.

I do not have enuf room for all my code in the internal RAM of the C5515.

Could I run code directly from the extenal NOR of the EVM?

1) Can I read about this in a formal ti document?

2) How do I load the code in to the NOR Flash for debugging?

3) I can tell the linker to put code in the NOR code space with the pragma directive. but

I want to know the limitations. - will this code run slower?

There isn't a formal application note for this. Debugger applies to internal memory becuase it is the executed memory space. The memory space for NOR is limited by the external-CS space specified in Memory Map Summary figure.

What do you mean by "Debugger applies to internal memory"?

Can I debug code that runs on the EVB NOR - or not?

If YES - What are the limitations for debugging on the EVB NOR Flash?

If NO - what is the problem?
