We are using REV C of both of these board.
Our issue is coming in initializing. I've found some threads with similar issues but our OLED seems to be stuck on another program and the technical document is not up to date with CCS v4.1 at 
We were able to run the LED blink test successfully which we found 
Though the link implies that is for REV B.
I've attached an image to what our OLED is displaying, SW13 changes to new menu, which gives options for 1kHz and 2kHz signals and titled <Tone Demo>
Knowing what options to select in CCS would be the most useful but any information helps.
