Hi,
We are looking at this and trying to get the data. Will post an update as soon as I am ready with the data, but looks like this might take some more time.

Hi Nicolas,
This is taking time due to holidays, I am expecting it by early next week. I would get back as soon as I get the data.

Hi Nicolas,
Here is the response to your question.
100% of units shipped receive electrical and mechanical tests prior to shipment. We do not ship units without test. If a unit fails a test it is scrapped.
Electrical tests include various functional and parametric tests with test coverage percentages that meet our stuck-at, IDDQ, and transition-fault test coverage percentage goals. Test measurement and yield data is considered proprietary so it cannot be provided to customers.
If you have received a TI unit that you believe does not meet the datasheet specification, we can discuss options for providing analysis support if the failure details are provided.
Hope this clarifies.
Regards
Vasanth
