C5535 Production test

Hi, I would like TI to confirm that C5535 Chips are 100% fully tested prior to ship to their customer. I also would like to have the test coverage, and more specially to get information about SAR 0v8 and 1v0 voltage bandgap test results and yield. Another question : is there a reason for the DSP to have 2 SAR Voltage references bandgap : 0v8 and 1v0 ? Thanks a lot Nicolas

Here is the response to your question.

100% of units shipped receive electrical and mechanical tests prior to shipment. We do not ship units without test. If a unit fails a test it is scrapped.

Electrical tests include various functional and parametric tests with test coverage percentages that meet our stuck-at, IDDQ, and transition-fault test coverage percentage goals. Test measurement and yield data is considered proprietary so it cannot be provided to customers.

If you have received a TI unit that you believe does not meet the datasheet specification, we can discuss options for providing analysis support if the failure details are provided.
