We are looking for a DSP which consumes maximum power less than 100mW and having clock frequency equal to or more than 500MHz. ADC resolution requirement is 16-bit. Dimension should not exceed 10mm x 10mm. One more requirement is that DSP should have interface with Matlab. Can you please suggest some DSP processor for above specifications?
