I have a quick question :

Is there any way to distinguish "Usual hardware reset" and "Hardware reset by Watchdog time" by a program?

    There is no capability to do this on the C5515.  If it is a requirement, you could simulate it by implementing your own watchdog with a hardware timer, and write a 'magic value' to some part of RAM that isn't effected by the watchdog reset, when the timer expires.  Since this isn't as reliable as a hardware watchdog timer, it might not be acceptable.
