[C5535] Confirm the variation of Power consumption in RTC-only mode

Hi TI Experts,

Please let me confirm the following question.
[Question]
Would you please provide the variation data of power consumption on power lines(CVDDRTC(1.3V)/LDOI(3.3V)/DCDDRTC(3.3V)) during RTC-only mode?

According to my customer, the power consumption during RTC-only mode on some C5535 devices are larger approximately 30uA than other C5535 devices. This is why they would like to get this data.

    Hi Kaka-san,

    I am not sure whether you had tried this with power spreadsheet, below snapshot provides the typical power on CVDDRTC , DVDDRTC and LDOI lines (from the power spreadsheet).

    Hope this information helps.

    Hi Kaka-san,

    Other than the power values that has been presented (from power spreadsheet) with respect RTC and LDOI, I do not have more information on this.

    These are typical RTC power numbers that we have measured / observed.

    They would like to know the reason of this variation.

    The reason may be because of process variation.

    • On how many devices this has been observed ?

    • What is the power observed on CVDDRTC, DVDDRTC and LDOI (individually) ?

    • What is the hardware platform used ?

    I answered for your question which I have information.

    On how many devices this has been observed ?
    -> 10pcs.
    They have already released their application to the market. So, many device was used.
    What is the power observed on CVDDRTC, DVDDRTC and LDOI (individually) ?
    -> We need to confirm them.
    What is the hardware platform used ?
    -> The have used the C5535 for customer's platform.
