Starterware/TMS320VC5502: issue in read and write operation using HPI interface

Tool/software: Starterware

I am using HPI interface to write to DSP TMS320VC5502. when i read followed by write, the data is getting written in OLD address (read address). if i verify the HPIAW register using JTAG i can see that proper address was written to it But HPID data is loaded in wrong address.

I will move this thread to the C5000 forum.

Are you in single HPIA-mode? Does the condition mentioned here apply to your use-case?

Are the HPIA registers re-initialized when you change direction?

Hi Ajay,

- I am also getting same problem.
- writing address time program stops, what is going on i am not understanding.
- Can you send your code once, i will compare to my code where i did wrong?
