Sorry for the delay in response. the lead engineer is out of office for next few days, i will check him if he has this sort of information. It may be a few more days depending on whether we have such info or not.
Even though your question mentions "timing" , and expecting such informatino to be in the datasheet, i think what you are asking is essentially what causes the TX bit to be set in the USB controller register? So you are looking for TX bit set behavior and not necessary the time it takes to get set, am I interpreting this correctly? Please confirm
