Please let me confirm the following question.

Have you ever support the system which C5517 is used as USB Audio class with running the 200MHz?
If yes, would you please provide the sample code to us?

We must answer this question by next Tuesday in Japan time. So, please help us.

Yes, CAF can be run on C5517 at 200MHz.
Unfortunately, we don't have readily available example to share on the e2e forums.
I'm looking into this internally and will share if there is any code to post here.

Hi Lali,

Thank you for your response. But my customer have met the "Unexpected operation" on USB behavior as below my post.

So, if you can run the CAF on C5517 at 200MHz, please provide us its evidence by providing the sample code or Framework.
Also, if you can not share it on E2E, please provide it on private Email.

As I had previously mentioned, there isn't a readily shareable example for CAF on C5517. I'm still awaiting word from a colleague if we have anything to share.

Hi Lali,

Please let me confirm the following my understanding.
TI have verificated C5517 operation on USB core behavior in all operation frequency range up to 200MHz. So, may I answer to my customer that TI guarantees to work the USB function on TMS320C5517 with 200 MHz CPU clock?

I heard from my customer that there is bug on CSL v 03.07.00 of USB driver.
If possible, please check whether there is any problem for it.

Hi Kaka-san,

Yes, we have tested a modified version of CAF (a speakerphone demo with digital microphone input) on C5517 EVM at 200Mhz. It runs properly. We are in the process to verify whether we can share the code with customers or not. We will get back to you early next week.

We do not aware of any outstanding issues with the USB driver in CSL rev 3.7.0. If your customer found anything please let us know the details. We will address it as soon as possible.

Can you confirm that the USB software is working at 200 MHz for your customer now?
It is not clear if the customer is still facing issues. We are not aware of any USB driver bugs in the CSL 3.07.
I am not sure if we have resolved the issues you are facing.

They said that this problem was fixed but I do not know what they have fixed.
Now we will get more information from them and if I get it, I will post again.
