Hello,
Do you conern if the total current consumption of 3.3V supply differs 12mA part-to-part?
Or do you expect a larger deviation of that?

Customer test result:

Hi Nambu-san,

Can you isolate if the current is for the DVDDIO rail verses other voltage rails? 12mA part-to-part difference is for the total current consumption right?

Does the difference in IO current go away when CVDD = 0V?

There is greater variation in DVDDIO current consumption at 3.3V than at 1.8V. But a 12mA part-to-part variation seems higher than expected. I expect parts to have a 2 to 3mA difference on DVDDIO at 3.3V (much less at 1.8V).

This variation might be made worse by any floating input pins. Can you list the floating pins?

Thank you for your test idea. I'm asking it to my customer.
By the way, Is it possible to tell a sample value of the DVDDIO supply current? Is it possible under any conditions, like no load ?
