    Hi,

We purchased a 6678L eval kit.  We have an XDS510USB emulator, the 14 pin to 60 pin adaptor and the low voltage adaptor from spectrum digital.  I am not able to connect.  I am still able to connect to my omap eval board so I know its not a driver issue.  I run the test connection in the .ccxml and it fails all 3 tests.  Is something configured incorrectly for the 6678L?

      Will,

Your test with the OMAP EVM proves that the XDS510USB pod works. The driver could be different for different cores.

Yes, there is something configured incorrectly for the C6678L. Or your low voltage adaptor is faulty (do you use it with the OMAP board?). Or your C6678L is faulty.

The most likely problem is the configuration. Have you tried the on-board emulator, yet? It would be a much closer move from there to getting your XDS510USB working that moving from the OMAP EVM.

Which version of CCS are you using and on what OS (Win?? or Linux??).

And do make sure you have the latest drivers. Do a CCS update.

      Regards,
      RandyP
