The outage appears to have been temporary. But all of the KeyStone online links are working as of this morning.

NOTE: There are two open threads on this issue. Feedback on the other thread indicates that there are still problems with external customer access to KeyStone online training.  I am looking into the cause of this problem and will post an update when I know more about the cause.

Thanks for the feedback and information. It appears that external access to ALL content on http://learningmedia.ti.com/public/ is currently blocked.

I am pursuing this issue internally and hope to identify and resolve the issue ASAP.

Continues to be inaccessible as of 4-15-2014.

The source of the outage has been identified and our web team is actively working on a resolution.  I will post an update here as soon as we complete the workaround. Regrets for the inconvenience.

Access to KeyStone training has been restored.  Please try again and post here if you encounter future issues.

If the redirect to the new location does not work, please resolve the path manually until we fix it:

Thank you. The three Keystone2 videos are available but it seems a large portion of the TI training (video/audio) remains in an inaccessible state. FYI.

It has been taking more than one month since the first conversation on this thread. Just need to confirm if TI has removed the public access to the some of the old training modules like audio & video or still some one is working on it. I would appreciate if you can at-least divert this thread to some one who can look into the matter for Audio & video modules.

I can see both presentations, I would need to check from outside TI to see if there is a problem that only people inside the firewall can see them... please confirm you can not see them.

Thanks, now I know what is going on...we can see the content if we are from inside the firewall...but not from outside...I will explain to our IM team and they will fix...if they need to move the files to another server, this may take a while, but I will post here once it is done.
