Sir,

I am working on my project in which I am going to implement ANN Codes in processor. I want to program this processor with the help of MATLAB 2014. Can anyone can tell me which processor to choose.

Hi Ajit,

Do you mean " Artificial Neural Networks " for ANN??

If yes, I would recommend you to have a look at this Article and the recommended processor in the article.

If the processor is obsolete, please visit the DSP selction tool and select the appropriate "application" option to select the processor for your choice.

After choosing the processor, you may have to go to Maths forum and check whether the Matlab support is available for the family under which the selected processor belongs to.

Probably you may choose C2000 series for this requirement. For more info, please visit :

=> the support for the C2000 processor is no longer available with matlab. The device support mainly with the version 3.3. and i could not find a solution (CCS 3.3)for this.
=>My prime objective is to implement "Artificial Neural Network" algorithm for differential protection of power transformer which is not listed in the application. So, please suggest me a suitable application which meats this requirement. Means I am giving a signal to the processor and the desired output will be a response of ANN algorithm.
=>I will be highly obliged if you suggest me a processor.

It looks like matlab still supports the C2000. However, if you are using CCS 3.3, you may want to consider upgrading - the latest version of CCS is 6.1.1 - an earlier version of CCS may not be supported.
