Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320VC33

Hi, I found the tms320vc33*** has independent DMA BUS. Does  this mean the DMA and CPU could read and write to the same RAM block simultaneously? If not, is  there any microcontroller could do this? Thanks.
