mpmcl load fails

Hello,

I am loading my application binary "dsp-core0.out" and getting below error:

root@k2hk-evm:~/running/L12# mpmcl load dsp0 dsp-core0.out
load failed (error: -104)

after that status of the dsp0 become error:

root@k2hk-evm:~/running/L12# mpmcl status dsp0
dsp0 is in error state

So please tell me what is this error 104 and how to resolve it.

Which release are you using?

104 means the load failed. What was the dsp state before the load? Was the executable run on DSP using CCS?

Hi Rex,

I dont konw about release,is it mention on board ?

dsp state before load was :

root@k2hk-evm:~# mpmcl status dsp0
dsp0 is in idle state

I am only trying with mpmcl command not any tool like CCS.

one more question :

if dsp crashes where I can see the core file.

Sanjay,

Which SDK release did you download and run on the EVM?
How do you verify your DSP application before you integrate it with ARM using mpmcl?
If DSP crashes, you should be able to use CCS to dump the registers or use the CCS to dbug it. You should be able to search for information on how to debug DSP in e2e forum.
