C6657EVM FPGA firmware update

Hello,

I tried to update FPGA firmware in C6657EVM.
But, the log stoped during processing, and I could NOT see the message "Verify successful! 0".

Question:
- I encountered this trouble in our new EVM.
I would like to clarify what is wrong in our methods.
Could you check following sequence?

a. I followed the document by url below :

b. Here is my log and environment:
C6657-EVM DipSW configuration: 

Log during firmware update (log stoped during processing) :

c. I wait for 2 hours. But, it can not finished.
(There is description it takes 3 to 5 minuts to update firmware in the document.)

d. I updated FPGA firmware again.
It takes about 10 seconds(too short), and message displays "Verify successful! 0".
But, it does not seem to succeed compared with other EVM.

    Hi Ryutaroh-san,

    I don`t think there is any issue with the steps mentioned in the document you have obtained from the einfochip website.We have used the firmware and the firmware and the writer using that document on our EVMs several times without running into this issue. 

    Since you mentioned that you are seeing this one EVM but not on the other, I suspect there is something else going on the EVM hardware. I have asked eInfochips to helpo you out with this issue. Can you please write to them at 

    tievmsupport@einfochips.com

    Please let us know if you want us to follow up with the EVM vendor to get this issue resolved.
