Keystone 2 SPI NOR boot with 32MB or larger (4-byte address)

We are building a Keystone 2 based board and are planning to use SPI NOR boot mode from an ARM core. We are doing this now on the EVMK2H eval board, which has a 128Mbit flash and uses 3-byte addresses. We want to use a 256Mbit or 512Mbit flash, but these require 4 byte addresses.

Will the Keystone ROM boot loader handle such devices (e.g., Micron N25Q512A or Spansion S25FS256S)?

Thanks,

Lance
