Interface functions of KeystoneII

Hi,

I am prepared to develop debug software of K2. Could TI open dvr driver interface functions and example project of K2 to us? Just like open K1 last time.

Thanks,

Regards

  • Hi,

Welcome to the TI E2E forum. I hope you will find many good answers here and in the TI.com documents and in the TI Wiki Pages (for processor issues). Be sure to search those for helpful information and to browse for the questions others may have asked on similar topics (e2e.ti.com).

Please download the latest MCSDK 3.x released for keystone II devices. Pleaes refer the links below my signature for download and user guide. This has device drivers and example projects under pdk directory.

    Device drivers: ..\ti\pdk_keystone2_x_xx_xx_xx\packages\ti\drv

    Example Projects: ..\ti\pdk_keystone2_x_xx_xx_xx\packages\exampleProjects

    Thank you.

  • Hi,

Thank you for your reply! I will download mcsdk 3.x, and check if it is what I want.

    Thanks,

    Regards
  • Hi,

I download the mcsdk 3.1.  But it is not what we want. They are all CCS project. But project we want is a VS2010 project, and  *.dvr is its result of compiling the project. *.dvr is like ti\ccsv6\ccs_base\emulation\drivers\*.dvr. TI  give us the VS2010 project on c6678, keystone1. Now we want the VS2010 project on keystone2, and its result is *.dvr. This dvr can connect CCS and the keystone2 board.

    Thanks,

    Regards

  • Hi,
From my understaning, we do not have support to VS2010 project for keystone devices.
The CCS emulation drivers are part of Code Composer Studio(CCS) so I would recommend you to use the TI CCS forum for such queries.

    Thank you.
  • Hi,

          Thank you for your reply!

TI open the vs2010 project and ccs interface function to our company  in 2014 April. Our company is Testartek (Beijing)  science and Technology Co., Ltd. But its only for Keystone1. We want to develop at Keystone2 now. So Beijing technical support engineer advised me to post on e2e.

I will post it on TI CCS forum.

    Thanks,

    Regards

  • As suggested by technical support engineer, e2e is recommended for posting queries however in this forum we do not support emulator and CCS related issues/queries. I hope you understand.
Please get back to me if you are not getting response from CCS forum. Thank you.
