What specific DDR3 topologies supported by 66AK2H12 ?

I couldn't find the device-specific connection topology and the per interface maximum memory limitations for the 66AK2H12.

The Keystone Architecture DDR3 Memory Controller User Guide document sends to "device specific data manual" but i couldn't find such information in any document i found....

Unfortunately, this document doesn't resolves what is written in this document page 9 (Addressable Target Space) for the 66AK2H12 device:

2.5 Addressable Memory Space KeyStone devices can address up to 8GB of contiguous memory. Note that some DDR3 memory interfaces are limited to a smaller memory space such as 2GB. See the specific device-specific data manual for more information.

Hello Eli,

The Kesytone 2 DDR3 Memory Controller User Guide is applicable for Hawking and Edison devices. The Hawking devices has two DDR3 controllers DDR3A and DDR3B. The memory map for DDR3A data is 8GB and DDR3B data is 2GB. This is the reason for the statement that you mentioned above. Please note the Edison devices has one DDR3 controller.
