K2H: multiproc mpmclient/mpmsrv and kernel dependency

Hello,

We are using mpm version v2.0.0.2a and kernel version K2_LINUX_03.10.10_14.12.

When we upgrade our kernel to K2_LINUX_03.10.61_15.02, we are unable to download dsp firmware. We are unable to communicate with DSP using mpmcl

Are there any dependencies/compatibility requirements between mpm version and kernel version?

Please clarify

Make sure the mpmsrv is running. Please share the error message and code.

Hi Rams,
You may need re-build the mpmsrv based on the updated kernel. The mpmsrv source is avialble as part of MCSDK 3.x.
