Yes, C6557 has 1GHz and 1.25GHz clock speed with dual core C66x DSP.

1. When Ethernet UDP packet transmits and receives up to 600Mbps, CPU loading has chance under 70% in one core or not.

As far as I know, we don't see any loading issues in C6657.

We are not familiar with DM64x. I think, We do not have the performance comparison table between keystone and DM64x however please refer the throughput user guide released for keystone devices for performance numbers.

Can the C6657 use One Ethernet  Portt to transmits orreceives up to 600Mbps UDP packet ?

No. This document is for all keystone I devices. The C6657 is also a keystone device.

Refer the Section "8 Gigabit Ethernet Switch Subsystem" which "Applies to: All KeyStone Devices".
