The 'no-calibration' portion is described in the RFSDK user guide (section 'AFE7500 Configuration'):
"The "no-calibration" variants disable all the RF calibration procedure during startup of the AFE7500 RF, and must not be used for real operation."
In addition, the 'rxa' configs select RX port A for AFE7500 RX1 and RX2 ports whereas the 'rxb' configs select RX port B for RX1 and RX2.

John
Hi Leonard,
Can you please clarify the first question (status of AFE7500)? Is it related to the broad market release of the device or the latest version etc? I would check with the AFE7500 team on this once I have more clarity on what is required.
One the second part, can you please point me to the document (TCI6630K2L-AFE7500Design.pdf) you mentioned as I am not clear which design the question referred to.
Thanks
-Nitin
I have a specific customer who is very interested in this device.
I will send the TCI6630K2L document to you directly.

Here is an EVM: https://e2e.ti.com/support/data_converters/high_speed_data_converters/f/68/t/537997 , and I’m seeing they are made by eInfochips: www.einfochips.com/partnerships/silicon-partnerships/texas-instruments/k2l-evm.html .
