Hi Gyosun Sim,
We do not direct example for UART Rx interrupt however you can develop your own by referring below files. The UART driver is part of platform library which is used to test the EVM's or IBL source.
UART:
Platform Lib: ~\ti\pdk_C6678_1_1_2_6\packages\ti\platform\evmc6678l\platform_lib\src
IBL: ~\ti\mcsdk_2_01_02_06\tools\boot_loader\ibl\src\hw\uart
There are ways to change the UART example to do so, and I've included some resources that should help you do that.

Hi,
Since UART interrupt is a secondary system interrupt, you need to setup both CIC (chip level interrupt controller) and CorePac INTC for the UART interrupt.
Refer the following wiki page also has the summary of the interrupt setup for C66x devices, this wiki have BIOS and CSL based examples.
