Keystone II with VxWorks 6.9 running on the ARMs & SYS/BIOS running on the DSPs. How to communicate between the two?

I have a 66AK2H06 SoC with Wind River VxWorks running on the ARMs and SYS/BIOS running the DSPs. I need to communicate between the ARMs and DSP, has this already been setup? How would I do this?

You can reach out to WindRiver for VxWorks support however we have some example to communicate between ARM(Linux) and DSP(SYS/BIOS).

For keystone - II ( 66AK2H06 ), there is a simple example, "ex44_compute" example to communicate betweenn ARM - DSP.
It is part of ipc_3_35_01_07 pacakge.
You will find this example located at "/ti/ipc_3_35_01_07/examples/TCI6638_linux_elf ".

As I said before, there is no Linux running anywhere in the system. The DSP execute with SYS/BIOS and all the ARM run Wind River VxWorks.

You have to contact Windriver for it.

Please refer this link below, in which they have the Vxworks support for Keystone devices as well. For example:-  "VxWorks7 BSP for TI EVM K2X & EVM K2E (66AK2H12/66AK2H06) Keystone II"

yes, true.

Actually , we will not support Vxworks running on ARM cores of Keystone - II.
That's why recommended to check the BSP provided by Vxworks.
